Our prices are very competitive for our products and our shipping specialists have negotiated some of the best shipping rates. We would be happy to provide you with a no obligation pro-forma invoice and packaging information which include all the details for your comparison. We do provide substantial discounts for large orders and include a generous number of extra broodstock or seedstock at no charge with each shipment. So please check with us prior to placing any order.
Documents that typically accompany each shipment include Airline airwaybill, Invoice, Packing information, US Fish and Wildlife Permit, Export Declaration, Health Status Report and Certificate of Origin. From time to time other documents such as Disease History and Sanitary Certificate are requested and can be accommodated.
Payment is generally required a week in advance of shipment so that all necessary arrangements can be made. Wire transfer of funds is the typical method of payment. Depending on the airline, your shipment can be tracked by going to their cargo website and entering your airwaybill number. Acclimation instructions are included with your shipment and should be followed for best results.
